This was our Rosie's first grooming! Melody was prompt, texted me with an ETA & was on time! She was very gentle & patient with Rosie & I HIGHLY recommend her! We already have Rosie's next appt scheduled. Also, our other dog Dreamer needed a nail trim/Dremel & Melody was very accomodating & got his nails shorter than anyone else has been able to do!
