- Pick a date/time
- Fill out your pet's information
- Enter your address under appointment notes
All addresses within Maricopa County are eligible for services, as well as several cities in Pinal county (Such as San Tan Valley and Coolidge). You will be contacted with an appointment confirmation ASAP after booking.
