What makes someone a good fit?

 3+ years experience - New groomers need guidance we can't provide while working alone, so past experience is a must

A passion for pets

A proven history of quality grooms via portfolio/instagram link - must be proficient with short and long styles

A clean driving record

Good time management skills

If we feel like you are a good fit for Gentle Spaws, the owner will reach out to you for a virtual interview via Zoom or Google Meet to get to know you better and discuss services/pay

Paperwork Time

Gentle Spaws is a W2 employer and will require a number of documents at time of hiring. Signatures on employment agreements pertaining to expectations and equipment will be required as well
